Full-face Mask

Application
The mask is provided for use with respiratory protective filters [screw-type filters with thread to EN 148-1]. It is not approved for use by fire departments or as face piece in combination with compressed-air breathing apparatus. The mask is a single port for use with screw-in type respirator canister.

Design and Construction
The mask faceblank is made of a skin-compatible and largely age-resistant natural rubber formulation. The acrylic [PMMA] lens is scratch-resistant and almost unbreakable. Moreover it offers a good field of vision. The visor is fitted with a lens frame and is easy to replace.

The adapter for the respiratory protective appliance has a round-thread connection to EN 148-1. Part of the adapter is the integrated exhalation valve which is also used for voice communication. Perfectly located in front of the mouth it transmits the voice effectively and intelligibly.

The 5-point harness supports quick donning and doffing without prior adjustment. A neck strap can easily be retrofitted and permits carrying the mask in readiness on the chest.

The mask is easy to maintain and components,  which must be replaced in regular intervals, like valve discs, are easily accessible.
